The article (see below) says Giuliani believes state legislatures can override their electoral votes. It’s so ridiculous that Trump would go to such great lengths to defeat the system of electoral votes established by the Constitution. Giuliani asked the governor of Georgia to have the legislature override the electoral votes. The governor, a Republican, declined.
