So many fearmongers claim that solar panels are not recyclable and will fill up landfills. That myth is codswallop! (BS)
There is *no reason* why solar panels which have lost 20% of their capacity can’t continue to be used. They still have 80% of their capacity – 250 watts or more – and can continue to be used on rooftops or many other less demanding solar generation points. There they can be used for decades more.
This is why 70,000 Texans are without power after the freeze this week. Nice to know that Gov. Abbot is sacrificing Texans for money.

This has been broadcast on PBS stations. It’s very important and seems to show that global warming is affecting the Arctic more, with permafrost thawing and releasing alot of methane. This is increasing the greenhouse effect and is making climate change model predictions fall behind. The implications are frightening – climate models need to be corrected! Warming is happening faster!
I had assumed that the Project Bobcat at GF Texas would be the cathode plant. There already have been steel beam deliveries for a building with the name cathode. But the article doesn’t say anything about that, but the map shows that it is in the same location. So this application may be for the same building. The steel has been there since last year so it’s time they get the building built.
