She tells how humans (and other living things) cannot keep cool when the humidity rises and causes the wet bulb temperature to rise. The person’s core temperature rises and they have heat exhaustion or heat stroke. This can end in death. And the older you are, the less you are able to tolerate high wet bulb temperature.
