2025-05-09 Courts Must Stop Assuming Trump Is Regular President
Marc Elias tells us that Trump is not a regular president who is trying to do the Right Thing. Trump is trying to *not* do the right thing in the best interests of this country. Trump by his own admission said “I don’t know” when asked if he would uphold the Constitution.
