2020-10-07 The Solenco PowerBox™ System

This self-contained system uses solar PV panels as the only power input. It generates and stores green hydrogen, then uses it later for both electricity and heat. The fuel cell’s byproduct is water.

One important “problem” that I see is that this system makes the customer completely independent of the electricity _and_ gas utilities. There is no longer need for electricity or heating fuel. So I foresee that there will be an extreme amount of resistance against selling these systems anywhere there are gas or electric utilities, which is just about everywhere there are cities with people.

Apparently the Italian company, Giacomini, uses the same Powerbox™ for their home system. I don’t know which one of them is the actual manufacturer.
