Over the years they spilled millions of gallons of product onto the soil which was sand and the stuff ended floating in huge pools on the groundwater. They spent decades cleaning that stuff up at a cost of millions. I mean refinery work can pay really good but some of the ugliness has to be said. Fossil fuels have been at the center of a lot violence and conflicts around the globe. Then all the lies they told us about recycling and it turns out that practically none of the plastic is being recycled.””
