Neil deGrasse Tyson said there are 1.3 Billion Muslims; there are only 15 million Jews. Only a single Muslim has won the Nobel Prize, but 1/4 of the Nobel Prizes were won by Jews. He said what a difference in culture has made.
I would add that the sciences and math – Algebra – flourished in early Muslim culture. I’ll have to investigate to find out why things changed.
