In my opinion, Fulton County DA Fani Willis has the grounds to indict Jim Jordan for violating the 14th Amendment for “”…giving aid and comfort”” to an insurrectionist, i.e. Donald Trump. Seriously! This nation must put an end to those who threaten its democracy. We have an ex-president who has 91 indictments against him and he and his co-conspirators will be going on trial soon. These are extremely serious violations of the laws. There needs to be a clearly made understanding that those who hinder the due process of the law must be dealt with in a serious manner. In her correspondence she also brought up the delays that Sen. Lindsey Graham caused her office. She should make it clear that Jordan could also be taken to court for obstruction of justice.
