There is a large amount of hydrogen made into ammonia for fertilizer, so it’s an established industry. But this uses methane AKA natural gas as the source for the hydrogen, so it is “gray hydrogen” that creates CO2. This must be changed to hydrogen that does not create CO2, and the resulting ammonia will also be GHG free.
