The newer Starlink antennas have been changed from round to square – or actually they look rectangular. This would give more antenna surface for a given cubic shipping container. Might be easier to manufacture, too.
Some British guy said that they had satellite TV ‘aerials’ back in the ’90s and they called them squarials. But much of the world doesn’t use aerial, they call them antennas. So I guess they would be called squantenna! Or maybe rectenna.
