The government’s average win rate is 70% but Trump’s administration is winning only 6% of its court cases. The irony is that the administration’s decisions that caused these cases are so wrong that they made it to the courts. If the administrators had been doing their jobs, the incorrect decisions should have never been made. The problem was that Trump made government so dysfunctional with appointed loyalist cronies that government was doing its job incorrectly, or just wasn’t doing its job at all.
