Georgia’s senate runoff election Tuesday has a new democratic senator, the first ever black senator, Raphael Warnock. Kelly Loeffler refused to concede. The other senator seat is too close to call yet but it looks like Perdue, the incumbent may lose to Ossoff. This runoff election is so important because it will give the democrats control of the senate – the senate will be 50-50 with VP Kamala Harris’ vote deciding the outcome.<\/p>\n
