I see that the doom-and-gloom naysayers got their way and Prop. AA was not passed by a large margin. So now is there going to be another chapter in the book for what is going to happen with this property?<\/p>\n
Think about this: Should the citizens of the city of Orange and V.P. put a proposition on the ballot for a bond paid off over ten years, with the bond money going to but the property and turn it into what it should be? It should be a wetlands wildlife habitat. It should be used for groundwater replenishment, like the lakes next to Collins & Prospect. It should have lots of trees and some recreational areas and trails. All of these would benefit the area and would have no adverse effects on traffic.
