Talks about nanowires and supercapacitors. One thing that crossed my mind is why haven&#8217;t the battery makers made the batteries like a stack of pancakes. Instead of rolling them up into cylinders. Maybe the cylinders allow easier cooling with air between the cylinders. The old 9V, 22.5V, 45V, etc.. &#8216;heavy duty&#8217; batteries were made sort of like slices of a sandwich.
